  30. Time for a little perspective.

  32. I ordered LinkIt! in December and still haven't received it.  Talk about 
  33. vaporware.  Impulse's "constant upgrade" program for Imagine was supposed 
  34. to ship four minor release updates a year.  I've received two and the "year" 
  35. is almost up.  They had similar trouble with the 3.0 release and 
  36. actually shipped a 2.9 release to appease folks.  Microsoft is gonna release 
  37. Windows 95 when?  Hijaak lied to me about .iff support twice.  One and 1/2 
  38. years later they finally support 24 bit .iff (and it is still the program 
  39. "most likely to crash Windows" that I run).

  41. OK, you can throw your lamp now.

  43. NewTek frustrations aside, LW is still a damn fine program.  I just consider 
  44. NewTek's quirks to be part of the cost of using LW. After all, what does a 
  45. lamp cost?
